New government data show that the average number of children born to a Japanese woman has increased to a value of 1.41 in the last year.
The growth observed among women between the ages of thirty to forty years, but remains at a low level among twentysomethings.
Economists believe the cause of low birth rates in Japan increase in the number of young people twenty years of age, who can not raise a family because of economic problems.
