China announced a new policy to attract foreign investment

China's government announced a new policy aimed at attracting foreign investment ahead of the meeting President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Barack Obama, to be held later this week.
Representative of the Ministry of Commerce of China Huang Feng introduced a measure of the policy at a press conference on Tuesday.
These new measures include legal and regulatory reforms on investment. The new rules are designed to boost profits and expand business opportunities for foreign companies.
The Chinese government also reported that highly skilled workers of foreign companies will be allowed to take part in studies conducted in China, and government projects. In addition, will be facilitated by the movement of companies in areas with lower labor costs.
