Denso Company executives have pleaded guilty to price fixing

Officials from the U.S. Justice Department said that several heads of Japanese companies found guilty of price fixing. The case concerns a Japanese car parts manufacturers.
Officials said that two high-ranking leader of Denso Corporation sentenced to imprisonment for one year each. They also have to pay about $ 20,000 fine.
These leaders have violated U.S. antitrust laws with respect to sales of electronic controls and other components of the vehicle.
Last year, the top leaders of Denso Corporation admitted their involvement in price-fixing, for which the company will pay $ 78 million fine.
Representatives of the U.S. Department of Justice continues its investigation. To date, 14 executives from nine companies or have pleaded guilty or are going to do it.
