Mitsubishi Motors aims to write off the loss

Japanese automaker Mitsubishi Motors aims to write off accumulated losses of around 8.7 billion dollars to rebuild its business until the end of the current fiscal year.
Members of the board of directors of the companies said they plan to reduce the capital base and the size of savings in order to achieve this goal.
The company also plans to increase the maximum amount possible for the issue of shares. The final decision will be taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
In addition, the company plans to discuss ways of writing off the remaining shareholders of preferred shares.
